This book is VIN specific which means you will need to supply your trucks VIN number and G.S.O Number when ordering this book. All the books are printed after we submit the order to our supplier and can take 2-3 weeks for them to print and be sent to us. Once these books are ordered they are NON refundable because they are VIN specific to your truck. If you do not know your G.S.O number please submit your VIN and we can get it for you.

This custom collated service manual, TS473, will be provided for a period of ten years prior. That means if you order in 2007, we could give you a custom manual for a specific truck back to 1997. We will make every attempt to include all relevant service manuals for a truck built within the last five years. For vehicles built within five to ten year time frame, we will provide Mack service manuals but cannot guarantee the availability of vendor manuals. A chassis model and serial number, and a G.S.O. number must be supplied when ordering a custom manual. This manual is a non-returnable, non-refundable item. Note you must go to checkout to submit required VIN number, and G.S.O. number if available.
