may have functions within the program that can be changed to

capability at the present time, but it will perform coding

Q. How long is the
warranty?

A. It comes with a one
year warranty

Q. If repairs are
needed, how long will it take?

A. The unit has a simple
three module design. If a section goes bad, that part is
simply exchanged.

Q. What kind of
paper is used in the printer? Where do I get it?
|
A. It uses calculator
style thermal paper. Your dealer can supply this.

Q. Does the unit
have a battery?
|
A. No, the unit is
powered by the data link connector in the vehicle or through
the vehicles battery using the cigarette lighter. There is a
110V AC adaptor for powering up the X-431 when you are next to
your computer to verify your recent downloads. The 110V AC
adaptor should never be used when you are hooked to a vehicle.
