| | |  | Improve the power, fuel efficiency, and sound of your 2004-2009 F-150 with the ROUSH® Ford F-150 Legal Dual Side Exit Exhaust Kit. The sound of these mufflers generates a loud, throaty-sound.
The mandrel bending process used for the tubes of this system maintains a consistent inside diameter through the bended area. This method allows for a significant increase in flow over stock/serrated-bent pipes. Due to this increased efficiency, both latent power and fuel efficiency are realized.
This Ford F-150 exhaust kit is made of T-304 stainless steel, providing for resistance to corrosion and staining.
This system works with 2004-2009 Ford F-150 4x2 and 4x4 vehicles with 4.6L and 5.4L engine SuperCabs with a 6.5' box and SuperCrew Cabs with a 5.5' box. The exhaust exits off this system come out at the side of the truck. A rear exhaust exit version of this system is also available under part #401591 for 2005-2009 F-150s and under part #R12000006 for 2004 F-150s.
This is ROUSH's "Legal" side exhaust kit for 2004-2009 F-150s, keeping sound levels to legally required limits for production vehicles. For a louder and higher performance exhaust system, an "Off-Road" exhaust system (part #R12000005) is also available.
