This import code reader accesses a vehicle's on-board computer to retrieve engine and electronic transmission codes and ABS vehicle computer codes. Diagnostic trouble codes flash on the dashboard's "check engine" light. It connects to your vehicle's computer self-test connector and allows it to output the service codes through the vehicle's instrument panel indicator lights.
The tool comes with a paper manual that tells you
how to read the trouble code, the code definition, and the possible cause of the
trouble code. The manual then tells you how to clear the trouble codes
once repairs have been made. It includes detailed instructions in English, French, and Spanish. Features: -
