• For the life of the software subscription.  Paccar Tech Support includes help with Software Installation, Errors during Connection, and Interaction with Software Drivers loaded on your computer. If need be, the technician will remote view your computer while you are connected to the truck real time. 
• Any further tech support would be supplied by the Paccar Essential Training classes included with the software, or a Paccar dealer.

• This software license is valid for 1 year after the license is activated. The subscription will need to be renewed after 1 year of access to continue the benefits listed above.
